Planned Parenthood gets millions of federal and state dollars each year.  It makes complete sense that they would use some of our money to save their "gravy train."  And what do we get for our money?  In addition to their abortion activities, they are busy trying to educate our children in the wonders of illicit sexual activity.  This can be illustrated by the New England program.  (You most likely have similar in your area.).
