Common sense would be to eliminate the Common Sense Nutrition Disclosure Act of 2013 instead of “providing relief” to restaurants unable to comply with such onerous and unnecessary regulations. Funny how the “Affordable” Care Act has proven to be unaffordable and the “Common Sense” Nutrition Disclosure Act of 2013 lacks common sense. We have to stop Congress from passing laws requiring them to pass laws to assist businesses with the costs associated with the laws they pass. All of this is stealing money from the taxpayer instead of allocating funds to things government is required to fund. It is no wonder we are nearly $17 Trillion dollars in debt!
