There used to be signs in restaurants and other stores that they had the right to refuse service. They would give examples, such as "No shirt, no shoes, no service." No business should be required to sell their products or services to anyone. There should be no restrictions on their rights. Certainly, a "sincerely" held religious belief should fit into that right. We have the right to discriminate. Discrimination says we hold standards of behavior, taste, faith, etc. There is nothing wrong with that. America was born of the basis of freedom--freedom to practice their faith, freedom to earn a living, freedom to strike out into the unknown, freedom to select their customers, their friends, their faith.
She should sign the bill but make it known that there are freedoms to discriminate beyond this single issue.
