It would seem difficult for a state to have businesses that only serve Christians, or only serve muslims, or only serve an assortment of approved clientele. Yet, signing this bill should surely help start up businesses and more jobs, that would be developed to pick up the business slack that this would create. With the Internet and great delivery services which our entrepreneurs have developed, wedding supplies could arrive from anywhere in the world.
While service providers are often trained that the "customer is always right" there are times that I understand that serving against ones religion would be difficult.  A pharmacist that believes in life from conception, would find it difficult to provide abortifacients.  A cake maker who believes in the biblical and historical definition of marriage, would find it difficult to set up a cake and manage a reception for the new modern definition of marriage such as same sex or other not yet fully defined variations for marriage. I guess, in conclusion, it is ultimately a question of religious freedom.  In that case the Governor can sign it into law and if after a period of several years, there is arbitrary and capricious application, implementation can be revisited.
