John Kerry is a yachtsman, a bureaucrat and now a scientist? We are actually in a cool down, similar to the mini ice age during Valley Forge. There is no money in a cool down however, and Al Gore may have to refund too many carbon footprints if word gets out. Credible scientists are threatened with budget cuts if they stick with reality. In typical leftwing mode, say it with conviction regardless of the facts, and make the populace feel inferior intil they embrace the absurd as truth.
