Environmental issues are not in his job description. This is another attempt to change the subject from failed foreign policy.  It is a diversion for the American people and the world to take the eyes off of the inept way the USA is dealing with the economy, national security and other issues of great importance. Since Obama uses such tactics it is not a surprise when his appointed ones do the same.
