Sharon SollenbargerI think Non-partisan is not really Non-partisan.  We have supposed non-partisan elections for school board and city council but everyone in the area knows what side of the political fence the candidate is on and votes for that person knowing that, if elected, that candidate is going to undoubtedly follow party thinking.
