We already HAVE the US Constitution.  What if we USE the things we were given in the founding documents given us by our Founding Fathers ~ it's a Living Document ~  if we need something, like a "Balanced Budget Amendment" we can make it a "one issue" document.  The LIMITS are already there.  So yes, send it to the courts and we the people need to hold our courts responsible to the United States Constitution.
