I have not read the whole report but just parts of it.  I think it belittles women.  It infers we need special privileges to keep up in the world. We need taking care of at every turn.  How can we ever expect to be leaders in business, or politics,  if we have to be given special treatment at every turn?  What we want and need is to be judged fairly.  I think the Democrat war on women is a put down and we should be screaming loudly.
