Our government is organized as 3 branches: The Executive, the Congress and the Judiciary. Each branch is separate and autonomous from the other and serves as a check and balance for each other. The federal judge ruled the acts of the NSA was unconstitutional. To ask another branch to influence a ruling violates the separation of powers and opens an extremely dangerous door! This is not testimony or "discovery" of the legal process. The ruling has been made and should stand alone. Our Constitution is not at risk with this "stay"; our entire governmental structure is at risk! - Pam Pollard, President-elect, Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women
