While I am in full support of our military, I do believe most if not all government institutions should looks for ways to cut expenses, just like corporations are forced to do when revenues are reduced.  These departments, especially at the upper levels of management, are overstaffed and need to be downsized.  What I would like to see is all government departments agree to cut staff and expenses by 20%, beginning with the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy, Department of Education, Department of Transportation, Department of the Interior, etc.   Congress must do their job and pass a budget, which they have not be able to do since Obama was elected president in 2008.  We need to know where all of our tax money is going.
