Perhaps the SCOTUS will give opinions that will help Liberty after they hear the Hobby Lobby Case. I think that Liberty should file in support of the Hobby Lobby position. This would keep them in high profile in regard to the opinion and if the court rules that Hobby Lobby and others can escape the "abortion mandate and the contraceptive mandate", this would help them not to have to cover contraceptive care if Hobby Lobby wins this decision. The question of if the President can force people to buy health care was settled by the SCOTUS in their earlier decision. When Roberts construed it to be a tax even though it was never called a tax by the President and his Administration until they saw it as a way to win in the courts. I was saddened by Roberts opinions on the constitutionality of Obama Care.
