We have no idea how many deals and how much money was thrown around to encourage companies to promote Obamacare.  I bet if we did the American people would be outraged.  It should be illegal for the federal government to spend our hard earned tax dollars to coerce companies to propagandize and promote its fraudulent policies to the American people.
