Governor Jindal may have a good idea.  Republicans have proposed many good ideas regarding: reducing health care costs (owning your own policy, buying health insurance plans across state lines, tort reform, etc.); using all forms of energy production; and letting states and counties have the most control over education.  Yet, with the media in the tank for the Democrats, and the Republican Party's inability to get these ideas out effectively to the public, a new tactic is needed.
