No one is following the rules anymore, let alone operating with their enumerated powers as defined in the Constitution.  President Obama is taking more and more power and concentrating it within the executive branch.  It is hard to understand how our trusted servants are allowing this to happen.  It is even harder to understand how so many Americans have yet to recognize what is happening and not standing with the tea party to rein in this out of control government.  What is it going to take to wake America up?
