On July 2nd, the Executive Branch unilaterally delayed the "Employer Mandates" of PPACA (obamacare).  On July 4th, to facilitate the October 1 opening of the National and State Exchanges, they wrote a regulation that said people can "Self Attest" to their income and insurance status and therefore ... qualify for substantial federal subsidies.

It is criminal for the Executive Branch to open our US Treasury to folks "signing up" in a manner that is the equivalent of "The Honor System".   It is also impossible for the US Tax Payer to "pay" the insurance premiums for millions of Americans.  Finally, I would like to know who had the bright idea that giving Trillions of dollars to a handful of Mega Insurance Corporations would get folks great Health Care.
