Senator Rubio is absolutely right in criticizing this expenditure to promote this seriously flawed health care law.  Every day we hear how this is affecting jobs; with companies dropping coverage for spouses and dependents of their employees, cutting back on work hours so that their employees will not be considered full time, the deferral of the employer mandate, the recent announcement of the 40,000 members of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union ending their association with the AFL-CIO, citing the “Affordable” Health Care Act, and on and on.  Even Senator Max Baucus who helped write the law has declared it a “train wreck.”  Why this law has not been completely repealed unanimously is beyond comprehension.
