I think it is unreal that no one is being held accountable for the utter incompetence that resulted in the deaths of 4 Americans, including an ambassador.  No one has been fired.  No one has been demoted.  No one has so much as had their paycheck docked.  It is a disgrace and a slap in the face to the loved ones and friends of the deceased.
