The EU's decision to blacklist Hezbollah is fraught with problems.  Mainly, there is a distinction between "military" assets and "political" assets.  Only "military" assets can be blacklisted.  Hezbollah has a huge social network which is secret, and its estimated it deals in millions of dollars yearly.  Many foreign affairs experts agree this is more of a statement from the EU, than a "real" attempt to shut down the Hezbollah network.  Hmm, all "talk" and no real "action". Status quo for big Governmental type "unions".
