It has taken this long for the European Union to " blacklist" Hezbollah, a well known terrorist organization?  Apparently , some  diplomats were concerned that by blacklisting this terrorist Group might make them more radical.  One can almost equate that kind of thinking with being nice and "playing fair" with the playground bully.   It does not work!   I have to wonder sometimes if I  don't live in a parallel universe!
