Boycotts of cities or of states by partisan and/or professional agitators serve only for publicity for the agitators. Boycotts, in fact, hurt the people in the community - in a state like Florida, the main industry is tourism. If businesses are hurt, the workers are hurt. Less jobs, less tax revenue, more government spending. In the case of Jesse Jackson, why not clean up Chicago and all the murdered teenagers in his hometown?
