I agree with Justice Scalia that the people and not the courts should decide  by their votes for DOMA and Prop 8.  In California the people voted in support of Marriage being between a Man and a Woman.  It seems if the people vote on an initiative or proposition, if the final results from the voters is not what the liberals want they fight the decision made by the voters in court until they get the verdict they want!  Whatever happened to "the people making the decision" by their votes?
