This bill is about protecting the life of an unborn child that is not able to make that decision.  Congresswoman Louise Slaughter (D-NY) comments contradict a statement listed in the Congresswoman's biography on her website, "Over the years, Louise has earned a reputation for her dedication to constituent service and for taking on the fights no one else will."  I still believe life begins at conception and abortion should not be an option.
