Okay, lets go zero, zero cuts that is.  With our other cutbacks in defense we cannot afford to reduce our nuclear arms with Russia pretending that they are reducing and laughing up their sleeves at the ignorant Americans.  Russia is to smart to cut as they watch other nations in a race to develop nuclear weapons.  We need to be ready should we need to respond when Iran or N. Korea start flexing until they are a real threat to USA and our Allies.
