It is a sad statement that a congressman has to propose an amendment to protect soldiers from being targeted by others in the military for expressing his personal views.  Why is it that everyone seems to be protected from harassment and discrimination except those who have conservative political leanings or profess to be a Christian?  This administration appears intent on demoralizing and crushing the morale of our military any way it can.  I believe the purpose is to reinstate a mandatory draft requiring both men and women to serve their country either in the military or through other public service.
