Government expansion and intrusion is eroding the very basic freedoms our country was founded upon. Sadly, our country has been threatened from outside sources but too much government "protection" is an attack from within. Commonsense and a strong appreciation of liberty must be part of any decision in order to get the most appropriate outcomes. Our country needs leaders who possess those two qualities and who will stand up for the citizen, the taxpayer, the family, and our children's futures. We don't need a big brother mentality, that government knows best and can take care of us all. We must be vigilant and all exercise our right to vote, offer ourselves in some capacity of activism and continuously pray for our country.
