Any United States government official who puts his signature on the UN Arms Trade Treaty has committed treason against his country and its people and should be charged with treason, put on trial, convicted and sentenced with the very harshest of penalties under the law.  President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry seem to forget that they serve as representatives of we the people.  This would be a violation of our constitutional rights and an act of tyranny against the American people.
