I agree with the judge.  Speed cameras, much like red light cameras, are merely money making machines for local governments.  The camera companies collect about forty percent from the fines, with the rest going to the local government.  There is no effective way to challenge the evidence.  People pay the fine because it is easier and not worth their time to fight it.  Big Brother is here.
