Although I am not Catholic, I know how much the Pope is loved by people all over the world.  If he feels he needs to step down because he is not able to keep up with the rigorous demands of his office, I admire his courage in doing so, especially at a time when followers of all faiths are experiencing terrible ridicule and persecution.  The man has committed his entire life to serve the Lord, and deserves the utmost respect.
