To be clear, Senator Feinstein stressed that "there are real differences in ideology and personality and they don't want their gender to define them as senators." While Sen. Susan Collins deferred "that women's styles tend to be more collaborative."
Interesting to note, Senator Ayotte was one of the few to not foresee a Presidential women candidate in the next election cycle.
