Republicans were hung out to dry but I see no other realistic outcome. Those hand-wringing that the leadership "caved" disappoint me. Do we not save as many people and the country if possible? It will be a rude awakening, though, to those Obama supporters who think it is right to overburden the "rich" when they will begin to see smaller take home pay. The media reports and Obama conveniently don't talk about that.
All of our taxes went up on Jan 1 with or without the deal. Obamacare is a tax on everyone. We will all equally suffer from higher costs, lesser services, shortages of doctors and red tape doing paperwork.
