I agree with Governor Tom Corbett suing the NCAA over the sanctions against Penn State.  The sanctions were agreed to by the University in July. They include a $60 million fine that would be used nationally to finance grants to end child abuse. Sandusky was a Penn State Assistant Football Coach.  He was convicted of abusing boys.  In my opinion, the University covered up this.
