USA state of military leadership selection is typically based upon an outstanding & related military building resume - at times personal issues are not revealed or known - and if private issues are discussed, they might be just related to a divorce or divorces - Gen Schwarzkopf's military background was West Point developed & trained & adhered to within the military follow thru & his raising family life w/representing father showed a solid building process (only one wife, Brenda w/three children) - what transpired with the recent commanding General was a personal & social choice act leading to discredit & media exploitation - very sad
