The President doesn’t care.  He wants to see taxpayers bear even more of this country’s financial burden while he does nothing to reduce taxes or government spending.  The President shows just how inconsiderate he really is by taking this trip.  President George W. Bush (and perhaps many other past presidents) remained at the White House or at Camp David through Christmas Day so the secret service and staff could be close to their families at Christmas.  Obama only thinks of himself and takes off for Hawaii before Christmas.  Now he’s coming back by himself with Michelle and their daughters returning later.  Talk about wasting money!  This president has taken more time off than any of his predecessors yet none of this is mentioned by the mainstream media.  He is unbelievable!
