Martha Zoller has been called a “true Reagan conservative” by Fox News host Sean Hannity, a “rock-solid conservative” by bestselling author, Mark Levin, an “outsider” by former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, and a “friend” by Ohio’s Governor John Kasich, all of whom have endorsed her. S.E. Cupp, author of Losing Our Religion, in her endorsement, said “Martha has spent the last 15 years making sure the voices of everyday, hardworking Georgians are heard.”
A graduate of Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia, Martha got her start in conservative talk radio in 1994 and has represented Georgians ever since. She hosted the award-winning public affairs program, The Brenau News Forum, for five years. She has been named to Talkers “Heavy Hundred” Talk Show Hosts in America several times, and currently hosts a conservative talk radio morning program in Northeast Georgia.
Question: Define yourself.
Answer: I am not a lawyer, a litigator, or even a lobbyist. I am a mom against the machine.
Question: Define this race as you see it.
Answer: It really has been the establishment status quo versus the conservative Republican outsider. Of course, I am the conservative outsider. As I walk through the district, I tell people if you want something different, vote for me. If you want the candidate who will not vote for debt ceiling increases, vote for me. If you want the candidate that will vote to repeal Obamacare, vote for me. If you want the same old/ same old in Washington, vote for my opponent. It’s that simple.
Question: How is the race going?
Tuesday, the people of Georgia overwhelmingly voted down T-SPLOT (a transportation sales tax), and my district was one of the highest percentages against it. I believe the people of my district are sending a message that they don’t want the same old politicians who go to Washington and vote the same old way.
Question: What is the best way to help you?
Answer: I do need funds as all candidates do. I also would love to have people that could make phone calls and go door-to-door. I would love for people to see my Map to Prosperity.
