In an almost ironic twist, a race in Utah’s 4th congressional district has emerged pitting a long-term Democrat incumbent against a mother and Republican mayor of Saratoga Springs. This mother also happens to be black and Mormon. Utah is an anomaly like no other state....well almost any other state.
